Hey, welcome to the art of Mike Stephens. I’m an all-around artist, but if you’ve seen my work before, there’s a good chance it was on a trading card. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a number of major licensed properties, creating everything from quick, one-of-a-kind sketch cards to fully finished illustrations.

I’ve always been drawn to character-driven work, especially anything with a little edge to it, but working in this space has pushed me to stay flexible and adapt to whatever the project calls for. Some pieces lean darker, some are more playful, but the goal is always the same. Make something that feels like it belongs and something people actually connect with.
